I just had a fantastic experience at this jewelry repair shop! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and outstanding customer service. I had a bracelet that needed a new clasp, and the repair was done while I waited. The repair was not only quick but so well done that it looks better than new. I also appreciated the advice I received about maintenance for my other pieces. My only minor critique is that the shop could benefit from a little more seating, as it was quite busy during my visit. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place!

I can’t say enough good things about my recent visit! I had a vintage pendant that had a broken chain, and I was anxious about getting it fixed without losing its charm. The team here worked their magic and not only repaired it but also cleaned it beautifully! It sparkles like it did when my mother first got it. The only thing that I would suggest is for them to add a little more branding or signage outside, as it’s easy to miss. But once you’re inside, you feel the love and passion for jewelry repair. Definitely a hidden gem!
